Table of Contents

On Just Being, introduced online in the fall of 2021, is being actively developed. The site currently consists of a growing number of essays that are being revised and organized as needed to accommodate new content as it is written and published. At this stage, this website is essentially a book-in-progress.

Following is a complete list of all content. This page will be continually updated as new material is added.

The opening home page presents the premise and mission of On Just Being:

  • Waking Up to Our Common Core

Inspired by a quote from James Baldwin, and written before this site was inaugurated, this essay offers another way to understand the vision and purpose of this endeavor:

  • Giving Birth to Ourselves

Both these essays, each originally written to be the opening page, also provide introductory overviews of On Just Being:

  • How It Could Be
  • Through the Storm

These four essays introduce the key topic of Knowing Our Inner Core:

  • Our “Inner Core” is Real
  • A Timeless, Life-Changing Quest
  • A Container for the Work
  • Now is the Time

These self-standing essays address subjects relevant to the purpose and central theme of On Just Being:

  • Interconnectedness – The Open Secret
  • The Gift at the Heart of the Digital Attention Crisis

These two pages are about me and my reasons for undertaking this project. The first provides information on my background, especially as it pertains to my lifelong pursuit of self-knowledge. The second offers a personal note on what guides my quest and what I hope to achieve by mounting this effort.

  1. Founder Bio (Note from the founder…)
  2. Why On Just Being?

Other forms of content, such as one or more blogs, dialogue forums, book reviews and more will be added as the site develops.

Comments are welcome and encouraged on every essay. Your participation will help shape how this work develops, and moreover, contribute to our mutual learning and growth.

Thanks for tuning in.
